Why Am I Waiting?
Okay, SERIOUSLY people!! If you haven’t read any of these books yet, what in THE WORLD are you waiting for?! There are books on here that I will tell you that you need to read because I believe you will enjoy the heck out of them. And then there are the books that I think you should read because they’ll change your life. THIS series is in the latter category.

Lisa T. Bergren is a brilliant storyteller and has such a wonderful grasp on what knights-in-shining-armor really look like. The romance in these books in unparalleled to almost any other. The action and scenes of battle and war will leave you wondering why–again and again–you’d really want to live in 14th-century Italy. But, then, you’ll read about Marcello, Luca, or Rudolfo, and go, “Ohhhhh! THAT’S why!”

Seriously. Pick. Up. These. Books.
I can’t WAIT until Tributary! I can’t wait to see what’s new with all my most beloved characters!

  3. Hi, Christy!

Ooohhhh, I LOVE this series!!! I've read/reviewed "Waterfall" and "Cascade", and should be reading "Torrent" soon!! I'm definitely TEAM MARCELLO!!! YAY!!

Anyway…as much as i love this series, I won't be reading either "Tributary" or "Bourne"… Why? Well, they're ebooks, and I can't stand ebooks… I'm disappointed that Lisa has chosen to publish them this way. In fact, since she's my friend on Goodreads, I think I'll ask her if she ever intends to publish them in print form. Heck, they could be put together in ONE printed volume, since they're both novellas!

You see, to me, there's NOTHING to compare with reading an actual, physical book. I don't read or review ebooks. BUT, of course I LOVE your choice anyway, because I LOVE these characters!! I'll just have to shoot LIsa an email! Lol.

BTW, thanks for dropping by and comenting on my WOW! : )

  5. Thanks for anticipating TRIBUTARY with me, friend! I'm excited to hear what you think…

And to Maria, I really had no choice. The publisher was done after 3 books, but my River Tribe was not. So e was my immediate answer. I'm looking at some options for the hard-core print lovers… 🙂

  7. Maria–I, like you, LOVE a good print copy. I have all of the River of Time books in print AND ebook because I love them that much. 😉 But, I have to say, better in ebook than no more Marcello, Gabi, and the rest of the gang! 🙂

I get it, but I REALLY think you should reconsider. Bourne was AMAZING! I doubt you'll be able to resist after you read TORRENT, anyway. 😉

By the way, I'm glad I found another River of Time reader. 🙂

Lisa–I'm sure it'll be amazing! Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
