#FitReaders June 2020

Fit Readers is a group/challenge run by Felicia @ Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and Jen @ That’s What I’m Talking About, designed to support and encourage each other on our health and fitness goals. This is the first time I’ve decided to join up–and all because I’ve been working out every day and eating right! So, what better way that to share that journey with others!

 

June 2020 Commitment

For the month of June, I’m RE-committing to be more fit in all the areas of my life. May was rough at the end… SO great at the beginning, though.

But, I’m starting this month off better!

 

Food Goals

When it comes to my food, I’ve been using–and plan on continuing to use MyFitnessPal to log in my food and water for the day. I’m going to go back to intermittent fasting and eating from 10am-6pm. I’ve incorporated Slim Fast shakes to help keep me full and calories low.

Exercise Goals

I totally lost all will to exercise at the end of May. So, I’m going to be realistic and commit to walking at least 2 miles every weekday with the kids.

Spiritual Goals

I’ve been doing well on my bible reading. But, I haven’t started the study, I’d intended on beginning…

 

Anyone else trying to be more healthy in 2020? What are your goals?
