Book Blogger Hop: May 22-28

The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy Burgess from Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

Absolutely, for the right book! For the right book, I’ll own in on every medium; ebook, paperback, hardcover, and audio. That way I can read it at any time, in whatever way I’m in the mood!

  1. There are definitely some books I read as e-books that I really do want to own in a hardcover, or paperback. Just a physical version to have!

  2. I prefer reading on my Kindle Paperwhite, but I like owning print copies of my favorite books so I can loan them out or be able to easily flip to just read my favorite parts.

    • I love my Kindle too! I don’t know why, I just get into certain moods where I’d rather hold a book in my hand… And then some days, I love the ease of my Paperwhite. I don’t know… I take “mood reading” to whole new heights! 😉

  3. You guys are hardcore. I hate clutter, and could never bring myself to have two equivalent things like an ebook and physical book. I know some people are collectors, and hey, whatever makes you happy is a good thing

    • Haha! You seem like a minimalist…just like my husband! I totally get that! And it drives him crazy that I have multiple copies of books! 😉

  4. It depends on how much I like the book… I think the only author I own books in all formats (audio, ebook, print, graphic novels) is Rick Riordan and that’s because both my son and I adore his books and both enjoy them in different formats, lol.
