Taylor Shaw had the perfect life—until she was sixteen. That was when everything changed. From that moment on, life went from bad to worse…to the worst. After recovering from a brain tumor, months later, she suffers the tragic loss of her whole family.Since that fateful day, she’s been coasting through life.
Now, the brain tumor has returned, and Taylor decides she’s had enough. She’s going to take her fate into her own hands. No more hospitals. No more surgeries. No more anything. She’s going to join her family. It’s her decision. What she longs for. The ending she wants.
She just has a list of things to do before she goes. First, go to England. Second, kiss a stranger…
Only, Taylor didn’t expect Liam Hunter, the stranger—with his handsome face, his six-foot-three of gorgeousness, and his oh-so-hot English accent—to change things. To change her. To change the ending she wanted.
What is a girl, who is standing on the edge of nothing, to do when offered the chance of everything?

The Ending I Want was a complete unexpected, beautiful gem. It starts with Taylor, who’s on a flight from Boston to the UK. She’s determined to complete her list of things to do before she dies. It’s all very macabre, really.

See, Taylor has a very sad past. She had a brain tumor at 16, recovered by age 18–right when she loses her entire family. And she blames herself. Now, she believes her tumor is back and so she wants to live a full life until she can die and be with her family again.

Well, unfortunately (or fortunately), for Taylor she meets handsome billionaire Liam Hunter within minutes of sitting on the plane… And promptly uses him to complete one of the items on her list… The rest is… well, pretty damn great.

Liam, struck by how beautiful and fun Taylor is, decides to help her finish her list–all the while, not knowing exactly why.

Taylor and Liam spend the next two weeks together, deciding to keep it casual–yeah, good luck with that. 😉

These two have crazy chemistry from the first moment they set eyes on each other. Towle wrote these two just brilliantly.

And they both have so many skeletons that they have to overcome. It was such a delight watching them get over their baggage and fall in love.

But, it’s not an easy road. And by the end, I was hoping for a happy ending for these two.

Samantha Towle is just amazing at romance and steam. Some of the scenes in this were just–WOW. I now need more Samantha Towle in my life.
